This 100% whole cluster Pinot Noir is the most expressive and unconventional of the series. The aromatics shift away from bright fruit into deeper, funkier territory, with notes of coffee, cola, pine, and burnt wood. On the palate, it feels round and distinctly whole cluster in character, with a more muted fruit profile, a shorter finish, and a uniquely savory edge. Still very drinkable, it shows the boldest interpretation of the technique and the widest departure from the baseline wine.
